Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

If you change your mind after purchasing on Ferrucci Comfort, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, contact our Customer Service or email info@ferruccigroup.it.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, it will be cancelled free of charge. If it has been delivered, the return must be sent back at your own expense, as described below.

Returns

You can initiate a return through the “Returns Area” on our website using your order number (e.g. “#UK”) and purchase email.
Select the items to return and follow the guided process.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, medical underwear and sanitary garments cannot be returned once unsealed.

If the return is not due to a company error, all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Please include your order number and customer reference inside the parcel. Once received, the product will be inspected to verify its condition and conformity before any refund is issued.

Company Responsibility

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Ferrucci Group is responsible for returns only when the error is attributable to the company, such as:

• Wrong product, size, or model delivered
• Item damaged or defective upon delivery

In these cases, Ferrucci Group covers all return shipping costs and provides a full refund or replacement.

Customer Responsibility

Returns caused by customer error or change of mind (wrong item chosen, mistaken order, or personal preference) are entirely at the customer’s expense.

Refund Types

• Full Refunds: Granted if the product was defective or supplied in error, or if the item is returned unused, intact, and in its original packaging.
• Partial Refunds: Issued when items are returned used, damaged, or incomplete. Deductions reflect loss of value due to wear or missing parts.
  Ferrucci Group reserves the right to inspect all returned items before authorising a refund.

Legal Applicability

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalised goods
• Unsealed hygiene products
• Low-value contracts concluded outside business premises (£45 / €50 or less)

In all other cases, the standard 14-day withdrawal right applies.

Refund Process

Refunds are made via the original payment method once the return is received and verified the process may require 15 business days.
