Service Area

Ferrucci Comfort (Ferrucci Group Srl) ships across the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland).
We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or UK public holidays, and we do not ship outside the UK.

Rates & Free Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders £120+ (after discounts, VAT included).

  • Standard Shipping for orders under £120: £12 flat rate.

Any promotional shipping offers will be clearly indicated at checkout and apply only as stated.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within ~24 hours (business days).

  • Orders placed after our warehouse cut-off or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

If you paid by bank transfer, dispatch takes place after funds are received and allocated; please allow up to 2 business days for banking clearance.

Delivery Times & Carriers

  • We currently use FedEx or DHL for UK deliveries.

  • Transit times depend on the carrier and destination. You’ll see your estimated delivery window at checkout and in your shipping email.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. External factors (e.g., carrier network issues, weather, peak seasons) may cause delays.

Order Confirmation & Dispatch Emails

  1. Order confirmation: sent after your order is placed.

    • Bank transfer orders: allow up to 4 business days for payment allocation. We’ll email you once payment is received.

  2. Dispatch confirmation: sent when your parcel leaves our warehouse and includes your tracking link.

Tracking Your Order

  • Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow your parcel’s journey in real time.

Tracking not visible or not updating?
Carrier systems can lag during operational disruptions. Please keep checking your account area and the carrier’s link; status will refresh as scans update.

Address Accuracy, Delivery Attempts & Safe Place

  • Please ensure your delivery name, address and postcode are accurate and complete (including flat/unit numbers, company names and access info where relevant).

  • If the carrier marks “Recipient unknown” or “Incorrect address”, it means the driver or depot could not match the parcel to the recipient/location.
    What to do:

    1. Check your order details in your account/confirmation email.

    2. Contact the carrier via the tracking page to correct or provide additional address information; and

    3. If needed, contact support and we’ll help liaise with the carrier.

  • If delivery fails after the carrier’s standard attempts, the parcel may be returned to sender. Re-delivery can be arranged once we confirm the correct address; additional shipping charges may apply if the issue was not attributable to Ferrucci Comfort.

If you authorize delivery to a safe place or neighbour, risk passes upon the carrier’s confirmation of delivery at that location.

Loss, Damage & Inspection on Delivery

  • Please inspect parcels on receipt. If something arrives damaged, note it with the driver where possible and notify us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can open a carrier claim.

  • Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the address (or safe place) you selected.

Split Shipments & Out-of-Stock Items

  • We may dispatch items separately at no extra cost if it speeds up delivery.

  • If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer a refund or revised delivery.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Need to change your shipping address or cancel before dispatch? Contact us ASAP. We’ll do our best, but changes are not guaranteed once the order is being prepared or has shipped.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, carrier network failures, strikes, peak-season backlogs, national emergencies).

What does “Recipient unknown” or “Incorrect address” mean?
The carrier could not match the address/recipient.

  1. Verify your address in the order; 2) contact the carrier via the tracking page to correct details; 3) reach out to us if you need help. If the parcel returns to us due to an addressing issue not caused by Ferrucci Comfort, re-delivery charges may apply.

Do you deliver on weekends or UK public holidays?
No—deliveries are Monday to Friday on business days only.
